Having vision of restoring the spiritual ministerial governing structure which consist of the Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Teachers, Evangelists, Elders and Deacons and bring back the Biblical administrative module in the Body of Christ; together with Apostle / Prophet Jagath Stanley Fonseka of "Living Voice Of Life The Apostolic Church Of Moratuwa" and Apostle / Prophet Adrian Shanthikumaran of "Jehovah Jireh International Evangelical Mission" initiated the Global mission of "Living Voice Of Life - Apostle's Global Ministries".

It is evident that most of the churches are governed on self governing pattern, away from binding with the whole body of Christ. This is mainly due to one man ministerial style manifested in the churches. This has resulted in ability of guiding believers of the church to the perfection un to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. As such, it is sad to see Christians / Churches ended up their spiritual journey with the same infant stage.

As stated in Ephesians 4:8-16, it is responsibility of such called ministries to build the church until it reaches (church members) to the fullness of Christ. Even today such called people are visible in the body of Christ whilst they ministering and serving God; it is our vision and aim to make them understood their personal heavenly calling, giving sound teaching, anointing to five fold ministries (as per their personal calling) and bring back the church in to the spiritual administrative module as practiced in early church taught in New Testament.

We have been in this ministry for a longer period and we have realized that there is a special calling from Holy Spirit of God to further teach, anoint and implement this biblical administrative module in churches who are not practicing it at present. Such spiritual ministerial journeys of Apostles of Jesus Christ such as Peter's, John's, Paul's, Barnabas', Agabas' stated in the book of Acts.

Even today Body of Christ needs reaching to a perfection through the foundation laid by Apostles same as a rock bond to another rock making a steady wall. As stated in Ephesians 2:20-22, present day church too needed the Five Fold Ministerial structure.

In present day churches; though some what there is a manifestation and recognition to the ministries such as Pastors, Teachers and Evangelicals; Apostles and Prophets are rather in a hidden state. We understand that such situation seems leading to loose the spiritual authoritativeness to the church. Also we need to understand that this is not merely a position created in the church. Apostleship of Paul was manifested to the church through his ministry. As stated above five fold ministry need to be manifested to the church by the ministry of each person's personal serving (Acts) and the same to be recognized by the church. Same way instances where such positions are created artificially in the church administrative / spiritual structure, then it would be a just an inputted position in the church for those who are not called by God for carry on such ministry. As Apostle Paul was called for such ministry by the God and similarly he too understood that God's plan to bring together all the ministers to different calling towards perfection body of the Christ, present days God's servants too need to understand the way of God's administration pattern in the church. (1st Corinthians 9:2, 2nd Corinthians 8:23-24, 2nd Corinthians 11:5, 2nd Corinthians 12:15, 2nd Corinthians 12:11-12).

However Apostle Paul had to face numerous challenges even from inside the church pertaining to his heavenly calling as an Apostle. But through the fruit of his ministry and how he behaved in his personal life; he was able to prove himself as a God's servant who was called by God as an Apostle to the Body of Christ.

Similarly even present day ministers too need to face such challenges in their ministry and they too need to fruitful of their ministry and their personal testimony. End of the day it would lead enrichment of the "Church" of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
