Church Constitution which has been drafted accordance with Biblical frame work is the KEY SOURCE of governing Church's Spiritual and Administrative process/maters. |  | (1) Anointing Policy for Church Ministries | | (2) Finance Policy | | (3) Charity / Donation Policy | | (4) Relationship Among Believers | | (5) Personal Vision / Calling Towards God's Kingdom | | (6) Church Administrative Policy |  | | (1) Anointing Policy for Church Ministries | | (A) | We believe that anointing a person for any ministry should be done only after clear manifesting of his calling for that particular ministry and the same to be honorably accepted to the congregation where he mainly serve. | | (B) | Who ever chosen / nominated for Pastoral / Elder ministry, must be minimum 30 years of age and need to be a mature person on both spiritual and other matters. | | (C) | Qualifications from Bible college / Theological college never be a key qualification for anointing for pastoral / Elder ship. In the anointing process mainly considered on manifestation of spiritual gifts, personal experience in word of God, personal prayer life, manner of his family being managed, maturity of perceiving things, good relationships with congregation, personal testimony, commitment, sincere burden of believers / families, experience possessed time by time from society / previous experience, etc... | | (D) | All anointing should be done in the presence of congregation where he / she is mainly serve. | | (E) | Anointing church leadership's family members / close relatives to be done through a different procedure and need much purity and integrity of such anointing to the church members. | | (F) | We believe five fold ministerial structure taught in the Bible. We do not believe one spiritual head's authoritative power in the church specially in decision making process and utilizing decisions of finance of the church. Instead, believing panel of spiritual leaders who responsible and authoritative of governing on church spiritual, administrative, finance and other matters. | | (G) | It is expected respective anointing level would manifest its role as specified in the Bible. We do not believe just for sake (mealy) anointing people before they / respective local church come to that maturity level. | | (H) | In the event anointing is performed through a foreign spiritual body, then there should be a clear internal (local church) procedure while nominating names and implementing the same. |
|  | | (2) Finance Policy | | (A) | It is expected that higher spiritual authority of the church like Apostles / Prophets keep away from handling finances of the church. However they have authority of making decisions on utilizing of finances with clear vision of God's Ministry. | | (B) | As per church constitution, all receipts, expenses, assets, liabilities (if any) need to be accounted with accepted accounting policies and to operate in computerized environment with necessary supported documentation / evidence. (stated all in the Finance Policy of the church) | | (C) | Each year Income & Expenditure accounts are to be audited by an independent recognized auditor. | | (D) | All fixed assets purchases are to be supported by an approved project / objective report. | | (E) | Contracts given to church members on church requirements are to be adhered with accepted procedure. (specified in the church finance policy). | | (F) | Church leadership always need to ensure church members are NOT retained in the church for the intention of material gaining. Membership always need to be members in the church solely on their spiritual development and par with the objectives of the church constitution. | | (G) | Commercializing activities not at all entertained in the church. |
|  | | (3) Charity / Donation Policy | | (A) | In a event if church body decide and give any form of donations to needy, no impression should be given that it is given by any particular minister / person / group of people. In other words all such donations need to be given in the name of church committee and need to be communicated clearly it is a decision of the church. For any reason no CREDIT / HONOUR should not go to any individual of the church. By which it is expected un due influence / credibility is not given to one individual through such donations / charity. | | (B) | If any out side party uses the church as the media ( infra structure ) of charity / donation, then following policy need to be adhered by the church. | • | Sponsor / donating party need to be within our faith. ( can not be a person /institution operating illegal / un ethical practices / entirely different faith from kingdom of God). | | • | Church need to understand clearly the purpose of donor and church need to ensure said fund / donation is utilized only for said purpose. | | • | If church receive such donation / charity / funds through a third party as an intermediate party, church need to ensure third party has not deviate from the donor's purpose. In other word third party mediator can not change the original purpose of the donor. | | • | Criteria of selecting recipients have to be decided with a panel of leaders. | | • | Percentage of using for operational expenses (if required) has to be approved by the donor him selves. | | | (C) | It is expected higher spiritual authority of the church keep away much as possible from such charity activities and mainly involving with on spiritual functions specified in the constitution / Bible. (By which they would be in a position to focus and spend much time on enrichment of spiritual aspects of the members). |
|  | | (4) Relationship Among Believers | | (A) | We make all the effort to eradicate possible forming of "Family Dominating Forces" in the church. | | (B) | Under no circumstances church do not allow forming informal groups within the church for accomplishing personal objectives / interests. | | (C) | Relationship between believers need to be pure, honest and transparent. Church always believe and take all measures to establish "Formal Communicating Channels" in the day to day activities. |
|  | | (5) Personal Vision / Calling Towards God's Kingdom | | (A) | As a church we respect, encourage and give all the assistance on any individual / group / church who is having their vision on above, provided it is within the biblical frame work, accept our Constitution, believes, policies, legal frame such as terms of the Trustee, spiritually, Competency on administrative maters and mature enough to implement his vision. | | (B) | We never expect to carry out one person's agenda or vision in the church body and use church resources only for individual purposes. (i.e arbitrary decided by him, approved by him, allocated by him & utilized by him.) | | (C) | We strongly believe God's individual calling and vision for different purposes toward the growth of Kingdom Of God. We identify them, listen them, respect them and offer possible helping hand on same. | | (D) | We do not believe centralized administrative module while governing the church. We believe such module would lead bottle necks to above stated (A) & (C) aspects and instead church would be driven towards aspects stated of (D). As centralized module inherited features, we believe following negative factors would always visible in the church body. Arbitrary transfers, red tapes, bias, authoritative powers, individual Agenda, forming in formal groups, irresponsibility, lack of commitment, lack of vision, no burden towards believers, own family difficulties such as children's schooling problems, etc. | | (E) | We always believe parental church concept in which one or more churches are developed until those come to maturity stage.(pls refer our structure & governing module). |
|  | | (6) Church Administrative Policy | | (A) | Communication levels should be precise and specified in the church administrative functions. | | (B) | Communication among leadership or members need to follow protocol through respective hierarchy levels. | | (C) | Need to delegate appropriate authority level vs expected ministry level. | | (D) | Order of direction, participative levels, supervisory levels need to define properly. | | (E) | No higher hierarchy can hold irrational posts in the down level & vise versa. | | (F) | All administrative procedures need to follow all the regulations & conditions specified in the church Constitution and church Trustee. | | (G) | Need honest post assessment / evaluation of the activities, objectives - always with the finance factor utilized on it. |
